ELANCO COMPUDOSETM ADVANTAGE
HYGIENE TRAY KIT PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on Elanco’s CompudoseTM Advantage Hygiene Tray Starter Kit promotion (Promotion)
forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these
and any other applicable terms and conditions (together the Terms and Conditions).
- The Promotion is run on www.compudoseadvantage.com.au
and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- To participate in the Promotion, Participants must register their details online on
www.compudoseadvantage.com.au during the period from the
21st March 2024 to the
15th December 2024 (the Promotion Period)
and organise an on-farm or phone consultation with an Elanco representative in
Australia. In return for the Participant’s time and attention, Elanco will provide a complimentary
Compudose Hygiene Tray Starter Kit following the consultation.
- The Participant must register online on
www.compudoseadvantage.com.au and fill out their complete
details including name, street address, email address, phone number, and number of cattle on their
property. The Participant will then be contacted by an Elanco representative to organise and conduct an
on-farm or phone consultation, in which they will then qualify for a Compudose Hygiene Tray Starter Kit.
- The qualifying Participant will receive a Compudose Hygiene Tray Starter Kit, containing a Compudose
hygiene tray, sponge, applicator kit, cap, and two enamel mugs valued at $250, whilst stocks last.
- The Compudose Hygiene Tray Starter Kit will either be delivered in person by the Elanco representative
or sent out to the Participant within 10 business days of the consultation, whichever delivery method is
agreed on during the consultation (a business day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday nor a
public holiday in New South Wales, Australia.)
- Data Protection:
- The information submitted to the Promoter to claim the Compudose Hygiene Tray Kit contains data
that allows the Participant to be identified, including name, street address, email address, and phone
number (Personal Information).
- The Promoter will process the Personal Information to organise and conduct the consultation and
supply the Hygiene Tray Kit. The Promoter may also use the Personal Information for follow-up
consultations as required.
- By participating in the Hygiene Tray Kit promotion and providing the Promoter with the Personal
Information, the Participant consents to use by Elanco and its agents of their Personal Information
including to be contacted regarding other Promoter-related products and services.
- The Promoter will only pass the Personal Information to agents of the Promoter (including outside the EEA)
in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice which is available at:
www.privacy.elanco.com.
- The Compudose Hygiene Tray Starter Kit is only valid for this Promotion and is not exchangeable,
negotiable, or redeemable for cash by the participant or any third party. However, if for any reason this
Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to
cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and/or amend the Gift.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any Promotion registrations which are incomplete, illegible,
corrupted, or fail to reach Promoter for any reason by the required date. The Promoter reserves the right
to verify the validity of Promotion participants and their registrations. The Promoter's decision regarding
the Promotion and the Hygiene Tray Kit shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor their agents shall be liable for any loss,
damage, or injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss or damages) incurred by
the participant or any other person or their animals as a result of or in connection with the Promotion or
the Hygiene Tray Kit.
